I don’t have much “inspiration” today ‘cause I’ve been busy with this
It’s one of those things that just. might. break. me. I’m almost done, so I’ll show you soon. Until then, I thought I’d leave you with this conversation I had with my daughter.
After leaving my school today…
Daughter: “Mommy, I know what you teach.”
Me: “You do?? What do I teach?”
Daughter: “English”
Me: ‘You’re right, honey. And what’s English?”
Daughter: “Spanish”
That really did make me lol!! So cute!
ReplyDeleteHugs friend,

ReplyDeleteSo I copied your painted trees on canvases project, but in totally different colors. Very happy with how it turned out! Thank you for the great idea (just one of many!).
Funny! I had a similar conversation with my daughter a couple years ago. She was convinced that we spoke spanish because Dora spoke spanish. She couldn't understand that Dora only used a few Spanish words during the show and that the rest were English.
ReplyDeleteWell of course it is! I am trying to teach my daughter Dutch, as well as English. The English is going great, the Dutch not so much...
ReplyDeleteHillarious!!!! Do you know of an easy way to teach past and present participles????? For 5th grade so just basic... If you have any tricks please email me during the free time that I know you don't have ;) dgagnon5@comcast.net
ReplyDeleteHope you enjoy your long weekend.
Blessings
