Pretty Tissue Box

I’ve looked everywhere for my before picture, and I can’t find it.  Picture a silver, spray painted tissue box cover for $1.99 at Salvation Army.  Got that in your head?

Now spray paint it white and add Woosies in any design you choose!  Have fun with it.  I had no idea that’s what these were called, but they come in all different shapes and sizes.  I bought mine at Michaels.

Once everything is all painted to your liking, place the box over some plain Jane tissue box.  Place in different areas of your house to take random photos of it.

Finally, be glad that you chose white because (A) it’s your favorite color and (B) it matches your decor quite well.

Now can you come up with some sort of craft/gift idea I can do on a rainy day with my 7 & 5 year olds this summer? Nana's birthday is in September...(Young - 26yo) Aunt's birthday is in August (she's also a teacher)...I need ideas!!!

  7. You and Susie at Bienvenue are two of my very, very favorites! Her post tonight on an old ice cream churn was too sweet, then I come here and had to smile at the prose that accompanied your snapshots. The two of you rock :)
