Mom's Easter

Since my mom basically abandoned her blog (blaspheme, I know!), I have asked her to start sending me some things here and there that I can share with you.

She bought these darling bunnies and eggs at Hobby Lobby. She doesn't have kids at home anymore, so she tends to limit her holiday decor. However, she always has a cute arrangement on her kitchen table. So springy, eh?

So what do you do with a scroll basket, some moss, and some flowers?

She's good, huh? She simply used some floral foam and moss anchored into the basket. Of course, the trick is having a good eye like she does to put the flowers in just right. The eye that I apparently don't have.

And lastly, what's spring without some forsythia? Of course, the cute eggs thrown in there are always a bonus. Pretty, pretty.

Boy do I love it when I can post about some beautiful decorations and know that I didn't have to do any work for it!

I love the forsythia wreath! (i actually didn't know that's what it was called until now!) I have one in my garage and now I want to put eggs on it and hang it on my front door! I see where you get your talent from!

I want that eye...I need that eye! Sadly, I do not have the floral arranging eye either. Your mom's got some mad skills. Her decor is beautiful, and I think she should un-abandon her blog...or re-
abandon...I'm not really sure what I'm trying to say here. It's after midnight and apparently I NEED sleep!

What cute decorations! I finally got out my Easter bunnies and decorated some last night. I'm single now and don't have any children so many times I don't decorate. I decided this year...what the heck...I would ENJOY seeing the cute bunnies...so I put them out...and they are so cheerful!

Gotta love HOBBY LOBBY! Tell you mom she at least needs to be a guest blogger...she's got skills!

So glad I found your blog. The pictures are so good and I want to come back and look for a longer time...I love the wreath...

Hope you will stop by my blog for a visit. I am new to blogging and I am loving all my new friends.

I am giving away my first EVER BLOG PRIZE.

I have a gift basket business and it is the most requested gift over the last 15 years.
From the comments I have already received, it appears to be something a little different.
I have been so touched by the comments that I have decided to give 2 boxes . They will be the $100 deluxe size. I really do want to bless people!!!
I have decided that giving is life at its BEST. The drawing will be late afternoon on Saturday...wow that's tomorrow!

Forsythia? So that's how that plant is called! I've always been curious about it, especially with the eggs hanging around it. Love the bunnies, btw. So cute! :)
