How to Fall-ify

A ton of people are coming over tomorrow, but I felt the need to check in.  I just spent what felt like a mortgage payment at the grocery store.  Blogging is therapeutic, right?  So, I thought I’d share what the power of orange can do in my house. 

Here it is at Easter.  What do you mean, you can’t tell?  It is very clearly decorated with that basket of eggs on the mantle.  Hello?

Here it is in the summer.  Lanterns and shells, see?  Oh..and the sun is actually shining. I’m still looking for the right fabric to replace the brown pillows in the summer.  Sometimes it’s a pain being so picky.

Throw a little orange in there, turn the fireplace on, tell your husband to sit in the middle of the shot, and you’ve got a house “fall-ified”.

You see that little piece of orange in the potpourri bowl?  I put that there.  Alllllways thinkin’, I am.

Well, I’m off.  I have food to make and a table setting to play around with.  I’ll post some pics if it turns out nice.  If not, I’ll just pretend I forgot to show you. :)
