Here’s the deal. Feature Friday became un-fun for me because it got to be too overwhelming for this full-time working mom.
I thought to myself, “Self. How can I still feature some incredibly talented and inspiring bloggers without feeling overwhelmed?” Then…silence. For awhile.
I missed featuring people and showing you things I love, so I’ve decided to feature specific things that catch my eye throughout the week. I hope the change is ok for you!
Up first? Bower Power tweaked their mantle this week, and I nearly reached through my computer for the woven basket they used. I. want. it!
My blogging friend (Right now she’s thinking, “I am?”) Linda at Lime in the Coconut MUST have been listening to my conversation with my husband the other day. It went something like this--
Me: I want to go to Africa! It’s my dream! It’s my passion!
Husband: No.
Linda then posted these pictures just for me (I’m sure of it). If you’ve never wanted to go to Africa, you most assuredly will after seeing these.
My Uncommon Slice of Suburbia is my new obsession. I’m giving you one picture. You must go see what happened here.
House of Whimsy=House of Organization. You’re not going to believe what she did! My inspiration and my new best friend. I was literally drooling.
All Things Thrifty is a new find for me, and I love this picture so much I could frame it. Two words—lima beans.
