Ethan Allen Special $419
Crate and Barrel $299.00
Target (!!) $359.00
Salvation Army $15.00
I feel like I should say something, but I’ll let the price tag speak for itself.

ps My verification word is, "chmkbopp." That's pretty funny.
Shut the door! Lucky!
That's a hallelujah moment!! Great find!!!
Oh my goodness!
What an amazing find!
Thanks for stopping by my blog.
WOW! Can you come goodwill/thrift shopping with me for luck?
Great find!
Here, Here! Great Find.

Jackpot!
I have several reasons why I thrift, but getting an amazing deal such as yours is the number one reason. What a thrill!
That's it. I am headed to the Goodwill this morning. Wish me luck on finding something just as incredible!
I think that you hit the jackpot. WOW!
Ok, I need these thrift stores around me! Every time I go into the Thrift Stores in my area, there is nothing at all! You luck out!!
wow, Wow, WOW!!!!!

I am a thrifter, whole heartedly! Great find :)
So true!
Really? Is $300-400 the going rate for that simple table? Ridunkulous.
What a great post. I'm so glad you took the time to assemble these photos. What a great reminder!
I am never this lucky! Whenever I look they have absolutely nothing.
And because the "thrill of the hunt" is worth it in the end!
That's why I love garage sales too.
Melinda
I love thrifting. I think you have inspired to visit a little favorite shop of mine.
I am so on your page. Love it! Great job.
Yesturday I was asking "Why Thrift?" I went to two different thrift stores and found absolutely nothing! I vowed to never go back.
Now you find this and have to pass it on. It almost makes me want to go back, maybe!
Brooke
I like your find better than the most expensive one you show!
Awesome! I can't wait for the transformation that is to come of this table.

Fantastic!!!
Great find! I love thrifting!
I bought a Ethan Allen dining table, W/2 leaves from a local furniture consignment store for $200, retail would have been $1500+. It needed some refinishing, but nothing I couldn't tackle. It has proudly served in my DR for 7 years & I constantly get positive comments on it. My fav purchase!
I'd like to know why our thrift stores seem to only carry clothes lately ... where's the good stuff people!
That is a great score!
i just love thrift shopping!! its all in the looking! it takes time but its totally worth when you find that 1 amazing thing your looking for!
It helps to have something in mind. My sisters decided on a specific type of furniture or decor, and then spend months at yard sales and thrift shops until they find it. They say the hunt is half the fun!
OH MY GOSH!!! wow...
I got one just like that at the goodwill for $5.
WHAT!
A steal! Can't wait to see where you use it.
WOW...wow wow wow! Great find! Luckyyy :)
NO WAY!!!
great find! So jealous!!!!
Umm, Ethan Allen for $419? Yikes!
Great find! I so wish we could spend the day together hitting thrift shops, crafting and baking up a great batch of cookies or cupcakes!!
I am so jealous! Lucky you.
Wow!
You certainly don't have to convince ME, ya know?! That's a great thrifty find.
AND, your mom's kitchen painted white really looks great, she did do good.
I could not agree with you more! Thrift store shopping rocks.
Just found your wonderful blog. I plan on coming back for feature friday!
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE your blog!! Decorating is my passion!! Thanks so much for your amazing ideas!
Our thrift stores are overpriced as well. I have found the wonder of Craigslist! I just scored a wonderful coffee table for $7! I know exactly how you feel.
I am a Goodwill shopper. I love a bargain! It's so much fun to see what kind of treasures I can find each time I go to shop. Love & blessings from NC!
Great Steal!!!
Hey, so I completely made over my blog. You should take a second look!! Thanks!

Shut up. I want to go shopping with you.
What an awesome find!
I had the best thrift store day, yesterday! Oh how I love them. Ps, I like your table better than any of these.
Great find!!!
I do not seem to find such great deals at our local thrift stores. :( Things are always higher priced and not so great.
Ruth
Oh my gosh! I love it! And how dare Target for that high price!
Fabulous...I'll have to now think of a better name for you other than TwitaDUM. :) You are one smart cookie to get a deal like that!
Your post inspired me to make a trip to SA yesterday afternoon - luckily it was a super rainy day here in the Boston area, so the store was dead. I found tons of great little things, plus five Disney books and a Sesame Street DVD for my little ones, and walk out having spent $17.
My favorite find was a candle holder similar to this Pottery Barn one: http://www.potterybarn.com/products/multi-votive-display/?pkey=ccandleholders
But mine cost $2.99 and I actually like it better than the PB one!
I love it! Thanks for the inspiration to go.
Score.
love your site, love your postings...YOU ROCK and you inspire me. :) I need to find some good thrift stores in Plano, TX - any thoughts? :)
BTW - My 3 yr old is trying to win the Old Navy SuperModelquin...check out the link. If you think she's cute, please vote and spread the word!

Thank you bunches- today 2/25 is the last day to vote!! :)
SCORE! I love it!! You must have been wearing your lucky jeans!
Chris, you're a girl after my own experienced designer's heart. I love your blog and your attitude toward DIY and thrift. You could go one step further if time and energy permitted and check out yard sales, too.
