Seature Saturday

Oops.  Sorry about that.  Life got a hold of me and wouldn’t let me blog until today.  I’ve got some good stuff to share with you, though!

It’s definitely that time of year for many of us, and the “planting bug” has taken hold.  Luckily, Kellie and This Blessed Nest decided to share some crap with me—literally.  Go check out her gardening secret!blackplanter The aptly named Frame Fanatic shared a new arrangement that I thought was pretty cool. Dimension is always a good thing!

The next two pictures fall into the “why didn’t I think of that” category.  Studio JRU proves that paint tubes+old railing=life simplified.  It doesn’t have to be rocket science for it to work, you know?paint_shelf_d

Mom, are you reading this?  You need to do this idea.  It’s tooooo cute.  Go see what The Darning Diva did here.  Again…why didn’t I think of that?? darning

Krysta at These are the Days made a mobile for her daughter that is gorgeous, brilliant, feminine, etc., etc.!  I love it.

As of April 17, 2010 at 8:11pm, Melissa’s transformed mudroom goes down as one of my all time projects I’ve seen in blogland.  1.  I love mudrooms  2. You’ll be AMAZED at how she did it.  She is one. smart. cookie!

Speaking of smart cookies, Mindy had a vision that I wish I could say I would have had.  Alas, she came up with a way to spruce up her new home and make it reach out and grab you.  Right out of your car.  In a non-scary “oh my gosh, this house is grabbing me” way.

Undoubtedly, you ladies are absolutely amazing!  I don’t know if I want to be your friend so I can swap ideas from you or your enemy because you’re so much more talented than I am!

Love the change that shutters and a door can make to the total curb appeal of a home. Brilliant! (And yes, Melissa kicks mudroom butt with that sawed in half coffee table. Ever since seeing that post, I've been looking for things to saw in half. :)

Hey, was just going to bed and thought I'd check your post. Darn, now it's 2:25 am!!! Love those ideas. They were all great. I went over to Darning Diva. I plan on copying her idea. You know me, birds and porcelain. I could have new bird baths everytime I find a deal on a bowl. Thanks! Mom
