My husband's first supportive comment? "That's pretty bright." Grrrr. Then, exactly two days later, we had a huge wind storm. I was afraid the wreath would blow away. Well, duh. I opened the door and the wreath FLEW inside the house, smacked into the chandelier, and shattered into this:
My husband's second supportive comment? "Yeah, I didn't really like that wreath anyway." Say what?????????? Do you SEE how many gerber daisies are on that sucker? My hands had blisters from the wire cutters, and I have two burn marks from the glue gun to show for it! I am currently debating what to do. I'm too angry to fix it right now. Instead, it will sit on my coffee table--that's in my dining room.

I am a high school teacher. Have I told you that? Part of my "revelation process". Early this morning one of my co-workers died unexpectedly, and we were told a couple of minutes before the bell rang. We are all in shock. This was supposed to be her last year.
