I've so drooled over these ever since I first layed my eyes on one in a giveaway. I had admired that "other" one for a while, but this one seems so much more of a fit for me. No expensive cartridges that I know I can not afford (I don't even think I could afford the machine itself so how on earth could I buy cartridges???) and then I found the Silhouette WITHOUT cartridges and fell in LOOOVVVEEEE!!! I can't even tell you how big of a hoop, holler and happy dance I would do if I won! Just giddy like a school girl over the thought of it! =) =)

Stacey said...

I have entered EVERY Silhouette giveaway available to man and haven't won yet. This is not good for my self-esteem! Every time I open a blog and it says someone else's name, my spirit dies just a little bit more...

Ok, so that is maybe a bit dramatic. But you know how I feel, right?!?!?! I definitely need to win this one!!!

Soko said...

I can think of a bizillion uses for this little beauty. I'd get started by whipping up some great vinyl decor for my classroom. Then I'd move on to cutting heat transfers to spice up my kiddo's summer wardrobe. From there, the sky's the limit! :)

Stacey said...

I would use it for EVERY project!!! Scrapbooking, vinyl heat transfers, vinyl projects, glass etching, it's fabulous for it ALL!

After looking at the Silhouette website I can say I would use the Silhouette for so many things that I probably wouldn't even have time for laundry! (who needs clean clothes anyway, when you can have a plethera of cute projects around your home?!! hee hee)

I can say that I think the first thing(s) I would do are to make CUUUTTEE birthday decorations for my little girl's upcoming 7th birthday party, and use the heat transfer to make both a shirt for her party and clothes for school too! What am I saying I would probably have my children dressed in the cutest clothes ever made by mommy instead of some of the tacky store bought stuff you find these days.

Christmas gifts, holiday decor... oh the things I could do and the money I could save!!!! LOOOVEEE!
