Boo Sanitizer and a Winner!

Well, it’s that time of year.  667 freshmen + 50 teachers= 2,385,537 germs.  This is how my two best friends and me will be fending off the plague this season.

If you’re an elementary teacher, the appropriate response to your friend/co-worker making these for you is praise and admiration.  Perhaps a hug or a sweet thank you.

However, if you’re a high school teacher, you get ridiculed and told you can no longer be friends because they’ve discovered you have a talent that they don’t have.   They resent you for a few moments, they let it go, THEN you get your hug or thank you.  I love those girls.

Even though we’re in our separate classrooms teaching about the inner workings of pronominal adjectives and Edgar Allen Poe, we’re all connected in some way.  By spiders.  And witches.  And orange ribbon.

Want a “probably too quick to actually qualify for a tutorial” tutorial?  Good.  Start with this.

I used text on my pictures.  Did you notice that?  I’ve got more directions here if needed.

And FINALLY!  487 really loved Queen Bee Designs’ jewelry!  How could you not?  Ready for the winner?  Here she is!

I love this idea. And do NOT think for a second that elementary school teachers don't have a wicked jealous streak when you can do something they can't. They see green just as much (if not more than) h.s. teachers. I have 7 previous miserable years of trying to "hide" creativity so as to not piss anyone off. Glad you chose not to allow jealousy to hinder your gift giving. (And BTW-If you gave me one of those precious hand sanitizers, you could expect a hug! Love them and I've totally stolen this idea from before.)

I made these for my daughter's teachers for Valentines Day. Would it be so horrible to do this for every stinkin' holiday? I mean they run out quickly, right? And the teachers loved the idea/gift too.

I made the Valentine Sanitizer for the teachers last year and I made some Back To School Sanitizer for the teachers this year.

I really like the Halloween Sanitizer and you can never have too much of it working at school.

Adorable! We made the Valentine version and they were a big hit - and oh so easy and inexpensive with Dollar Store sanitizer and Target Dollar spot stickers and such.

How cute is that! What a fabulous idea. My mom has TONZ of hand sanitizer in her room. It'd be cute to just decorate them with buttons and cute school stuff too! Ooh, way to go to inspire me!
